Executive - Sales - Meat Business (1-6 yrs)
Company Description
Roumash Meat (a brand by Pashubajaar, TGT Group): The startup is helping landless farmers pick up goat farming. The company has established a community-driven rearing, health management, and market access of goats. To help strengthen the market access, the company has established a live body weight system- an impartial system enabling traders and farmers to use these parameters to buy from/ sell to newer traders and farmers. To scale up, an E-commerce platform has been set up. To help the farmers generate a higher value, the organization has established a brand of high quality, premium meat that can be trusted by customers, restaurants, caterers.
Responsibility :
- Manage meat sales to businesses in the Lucknow region
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new meat sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences or any other Sale promotional activity.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Work experience :
- Minimum 1 year of direct sale experience.
- Graduate in any area
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Excel & PPT presentation.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
