Reporting to Regional Manager-West
Qualification: BE prefer Instrumentation / Electronics
Experience: 6 to 12 years in industrial sales / B2B Sales
Prefer candidate handling flow, level, pressure, analytics, temperature, record instruments. Segment chemical, food & beverage, life sciences, power & energy, primaries & metal, oil & gas and water & wastewater.
Salary:10 to 15 Lacs

Job description:
- Following of business plans, meeting targets in conjunction with the respective Team leader
- Making a individual Sales plan w.r.t to coverage of area/customers in support to the overall plan set by the team leader
- Giving inputs for the purchase conditions and formulation of business plans for both Indigenous and import products with focus on market analysis & trends Vs competition
- Capturing project alerts for planning actions and control and reporting to Team leader/Concerned Regional office / Management
- Implementing monitoring and implementing of activities/actions according to agreed business plan
- Effective Sales Call planning with a appropriate mix of cold calls and business calls
- Credit risk control in consultation with the Team leader
- Periodic review in consultation with Team leader of business analysis for effective forecasting for the regional and MIS reports market launches of new products
- Follow-up of inquires with feedback and actions required sales co-ordination with other regional offices within SCI jurisdiction
Training / Customer Care :
- Looking after customers, FSIs and visitors. Local seminars and exhibitions Ambassador
- He represents the position of Global & SCI., understands how things are processed locally and develops solutions in consultation with Team leader for problems, where necessary.
- Understands key long-term & short-term global objectives of Global and leads the team & business in rhyme with the global objectives.
- Securing of the qualitative achievement of objectives through indirect leadership
- Singal contact person for the local organisation for all issues for assigned customers/area
- He represents the interest of the representative within the SCI organisation.
- He propagates CRM thru organizational business ethics and commitment
- He socializes with customers outside the office for effective customer/prospect development thru CRM.
- Monitoring and assisting with daily business locally and in SCI jurisdiction territory
- Quotations and ensuring correctness of solutions in consultation with Team leader commercial, credit limits, terms of payment in consultation with the respective team leader assists internal sales, where necessary
- Assist in controlling outstanding to control DSO
- Ensures efficient working with Internal support via timely reviews to generate
- MIS weekly, monthly, yearly reports & business analysis
- Margin control in consultation with Team leader
- Nurturing for accounts delegated by the team leader International Key Accounts National Key Accounts
- Market intelligence thru competition information on technology trends and offerings.
- Highlighting & reporting of new projects to Team leader/Concerned Regional office / Management
