Executive - Sales - Mattress (2-4 yrs)
Company Establishment : 25 years ( It's a Delhi Based company working in Rajkot, Gujarat)
Vacancy : 2 (Ahmedabad - 1, Mumbai - 1)
Salary : 18K - 35K + Incentives + Allowances
Experience : 2 - 4 Years (From the same industry only.)
Responsibilities :
- New client acquisition for provided territory through in person meeting.
- Work on B2B sales and generate new clients by day to day activity.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with dealers & distributors.
- Identify potential area and appointing dealers to enhance coverage.
- Monitoring debtors and achieve collection targets.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyse market potential and track sales reports and forecasts.
- Responsibility to increase visibility throughout the territory
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and quarterly reporting to concern person.
Desire Candidate Profile :
- Proven previous work experience as a mattress sales executive.
- Excellence communication skill
- Awareness about desire marketplace.
- Highly motivated and sales driven person
- Prioritizing Time management, selling and negotiation skills
- Integrity is of paramount importance
- Technical knowledge about Mattress market.
