Job Profile :
a) Meeting 10-12 Opticians(Optical shops) daily for product promotion & Customer Relation Development
b) Discussion & convincing opticians to adopt new products in the store.
c) In-shop promotional activity which includes placement of different marketing tools by convincing the opticians.
d) Dedicated & Enthusiastic in achieving Sales & Marketing Targets.
e) Visiting and developing good relationship with channel distributors.
f) Technical discussion with Opticians & store people.
g) Daily reporting to Mitsui India office for marketing activities & customer relation development activities.
h) Keeping a track of competitor activities in the territory and reporting the same to Mitsui India office for countermeasures of same.
i) Maintaining minimum 500 customer data base for sales & marketing activities & follow up with them regularly.
