Executive - Sales & Marketing - Sanitaryware (1-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers in the market.
- Reach out to potential customers via physical visits to introduce our premium engineering polymer compounds.
- Showcase product features and benefits persuasively.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
- Regularly visit customer offices to increase product awareness, establish rapport, and identify new customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, complaints, and queries promptly.
- Handle queries received via telephone and email, providing written or oral responses as quotations.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity and report sales activity to the management team.
- Source and procure raw materials and supplies.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues.
- Work with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns for new products or services.
- Work with finance on budgets, cost controls, and payment follow-ups with accounts.
- Generate regular reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
- Reporting to senior manager daily report with next day plan clearance.
Requirements :
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in field marketing and B2C sales.
- Good time management and ability to multitask.
- Driving license is mandatory.
- Quick grasp of product knowledge and industry insights.
- Excellent negotiation skills and market trend awareness.
