Executive - Sales & Marketing - Media (1-4 yrs)
As the Sale & Marketing Executive, you- ll be the initial point of contact for your client relationships within our performance based client roster in Bangalore.
- You- ll work with clients to understand their business needs and pain points and work with team members in development multi-channel solutions. You will participate in all high-level strategic discussions and planning initiatives and serve as an ally to clients.
- You have impeccable relationship skills, can navigate the politics of large organizations, and can partner with executives, marketing and product teams to overcome any client obstacle.
- We are looking for someone who can lead by example, is hands on, driven, nimble and most of all has agency experience within a solutions driven environment.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's (or advanced) degree in Business, Sales & Marketing.
- Media or advertisement sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to create strong relationships with clientele and present information to small groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with media channels and lead generation tactics
- Deep analytical skills and experience media planning, optimizing and increasing profitability
- Strategic thinker with a focus on solutions rather than products
- Problem solver and trusted advisor status with client counterparts
- Ability to deescalate difficult client situations
- Adaptable to constant change and evolution with both the industry and client needs.
- Financial understanding of budgets, channel management and goal achievement
Responsibilities :
- Business Development through advertisement sales in Bangalore
- Identify and approach potential customers on daily basis
- Communicate with strategic client contacts on a regular basis to discuss campaign health, opportunities and next steps.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales revenue target
- Manage existing clients and report their feedbacks and suggestions regular
- Attend events and exhibitions to meet potential customers and networking opportunity
- Expand existing client relationships while maximizing profit margins.
- Establish a friendly relationship with key client contacts that goes beyond business and forms a bond that is personal.
- Partner with internal counterparts to maximize opportunities and growth potential.
- Ensure smooth and seamless client on-boarding and relationship building.
- Ensure payment collection and other duties, tasks and activities as they arise.
