Location: RR Nagar, Bangalore.
Experience 5-7 Years.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales and brand growth for our jewellery and fashion business. The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer engagement skills, and expertise in marketing strategies to boost in-store and online sales.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a personalized shopping experience.
- Drive in-store & online sales and ensure smooth checkout and billing processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns for jewellery and fashion collections.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc.), posting engaging content, reels, and promotions.
- Collaborate with fashion influencers, bloggers, and stylists for brand promotions.
- Organize in-store fashion and jewellery events, exhibitions, and pop-up shows to attract customers.
- Create and manage email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta marketing campaigns for promotions of new arrivals.
- Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies for better engagement and sales.
- Develop branding strategies, including seasonal lookbooks, digital ads, and influencer partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing.
- Experience in fashion, jewellery sales, or marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styling and jewellery.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, paid ads, and social media trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven retail environment.
- Creative mindset for branding, merchandising, and promotions.
