Job Description:

- The purpose of this role is to manage the sales process and the relationship with the prospective customer. The Sales Representative could be considered the - project manager- of the sales process. 


- They are in charge of creating the relationship with the prospect and managing the opportunity to the point of closing the sale or disqualification. The Sales Representative is an important resource of the pre-sales team. 


- A close working relationship with the prospect is crucial for success. During the Diagnostic phase, the Sales Representative and the Engagement Manager work hand in hand. 


- At the end of the Diagnostic phase the customer management is handed over to the Engagement Manager for the duration of the implementation project. To manage the sales cycle and maintain the relationship with the customer throughout the sales process.

This Opening is for General Shift. And be available for meeting with prospects as per their time zone. Types of shifts are,

- General Shift (9:00 AM to 19:00 PM) Full-time, approximately 10 hours per day, 5 days a week. Need to be ready to work for additional hours or on holidays as per need.

- Flexible to schedule meeting with customer as per their country time zone

Work experience : 

- 3 to 6 years previous experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive.

Skills :

- Identify new accounts through self-generation activities including marketing, referrals, social media

- Work closely with the internal and external partners, Microsoft reps to maximize the CRM penetration into their accounts

- Should poses Good understanding of any Global or Local ERP solutions briefly.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and manage customer account for future business.

- Manage proper documentation in CRM software used for internal purpose.

- Hands on expertise on Microsoft Office applications and should be able to manage documentation well.

- Ability to keep up with market trends & competitors tactics.

- Having Good Command in English and able to talk to prospects around globe.

Task :

Sales & Marketing Phases : 

- Prepare, Execute and Monitor GTM (Go To Market) Strategies.

- Prepare regular lead generation plan and implement and monitor lead generation activity

- Marketing Management and Lead Generation

- Prepare all Sales Documents as per need.

- Perform Digital Marketing to generate leads - Email marketing Activity to generate leads

- Reports for Managers to discuss funnel

- Prepare and conduct opportunity briefing.

- Conducting presentation and demonstration of product and services to customer

- Create and present proposals for products and solutions of license, service and support.

- Support contract closing for business system implementations.

- Puts self in the customer's shoes and adapts behaviour to their needs

- Shows a broad understanding of the strategic direction of their business

- Considers the wider impact of their decisions and actions

- Proactively develops knowledge of market, products and competitor activity

- Understands overall business driver

- Responds to opportunities for business spontaneously and is always motivated to maximize profit

- Makes decisions based on cost benefit and risk

- Support other colleagues for contract closing for any kind of Business.

All Other Phases :

- Maintain a healthy relationship with colleagues.

- Plan and support pre-sales activities.

- Adopt new topics learning and upgrade oneself. Provide training to colleagues when needed.

- Interact with Marketing team and provide work in coordination for generating leads.

- Generate new idea for generating business & branding.

CTC: No bar for right candidates (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)

Key Skills: Good Command in English, marketing, referrals, social media, proper documentation
