Executive - Sales & Marketing - Insurance (3-7 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and competitive Insurance Agent to drive new business through proactive outreach to potential clients. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling, soliciting, differentiating, and negotiating insurance plans tailored to meet the unique needs of your assigned or prospective customers' portfolios. Your primary objective will be to foster strong, positive relationships that not only ensure the growth and attainment of sales targets but also enhance our firm's reputation. This role requires a strategic approach to build trust with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide them with optimal solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest

additions/changes to existing ones

2. Foster productive relationships to build a diverse pool of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sources.

3. Assess the needs and financial status of business or individual customers and propose protection plans that meet their specific criteria.

4. Collaborate with clients to deliver risk management strategies tailored to their risk profiles.

5. Report the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.

6. Maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, databases, and records.

7. Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company.

8. Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

9. Continuously update job knowledge and stay informed about new products and services.

10. Ensure all policy requirements are fulfilled.

Key Requirements

1. Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience

2. Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)

3. Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis

4. Proven ability to work with goals

5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively

6. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

7. Graduate
