Executive - Sales & Marketing - Healthcare (0-3 yrs)
- The primary responsibility will be identifying and engaging with potential therapists, building relationships, and closing deals to expand our platform's therapist network. You will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our startup.
Responsibilities :
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking,
2. Develop and nurture relationships with therapists, establishing trust and rapport to understand their needs, goals, and challenges to effectively tailor our platform's benefits to meet their requirements.
3. Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process to convert leads into registered therapists on our platform.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and development, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new therapists.
5. Provide valuable feedback and insights to the team regarding new opportunities, market demand, and areas for improvement to enhance our platform's value proposition.
Requirements :
- Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
