Executive - Sales & Marketing - Forex (1-3 yrs)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the Forex & Travel domain. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, marketing, and customer engagement while possessing strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential clients for forex and travel services through various channels.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Marketing Support : Assist in digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and offline branding activities.
Market Research : Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collaboration : Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Target Achievement : Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience : 0-2 years of experience in sales & marketing (preferably in Forex, Travel, or Financial Services).
Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech Savvy : Basic knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing, and MS Office.
Enthusiastic & Self-Motivated : A go-getter attitude with a passion for sales.
