Executive - Sales & Marketing - Electrical/Electronics Product (0-4 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns that align with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and print.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials and content.
- Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
