Job Summary

We are looking for candidates (preferably female candidates) as Sales and Marketing Executives who will have the responsibility for business development for content writing services through regular interactions with the target clients. The candidate should be able to identify prospect for new clients by online research, reference or other means such as generating interest from potential clients. Executives will have to majorly work online to generate sales lead and generate sales.

Responsibilities and Duties : 

- Identifying and generating new sales leads

- Pitching for the existing services of company

- Maintaining fruitful and long relationships with existing customers

- Searching organisations online (especially on social media) to identify new business leads and potential new customers

- To contact potential customers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up client meetings if required

- To be available on time as per our UK/Australia client

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree ( any)

- The candidate should be socially adept

- Should be able to provide quality leadership to a team of sales people if required

- Strong communication and fluency in English

- Should be creative and innovative

- In-depth knowledge of the content writing services

- Should be able to handle sales pressure and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail

- Excellent in organisation and time management

Benefits :

- Proper training will be provided to new business development executives

- The monthly incentives of Sales executives will be based on their monthly sales performance.

- Saturday is half working day for the office.

- On Weekdays only 6 to 7 working hours from office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: - 13,000.00 to - 20000.00 month ( as per the experience) and incentive will be additional based on sales.
