RESPONSIBILITIES :
Channel Development :
- Developing, Executing & Measuring marketing strategies to achieve net goals & net margins
- Onboarding to new marketplaces
- Optimising product listings on these marketplaces to maximise net sales.
MANAGING :
- Optimising Inventory replenishment including self fulfilment & FBA
- Implementation of advance tools & reporting
- Account health & customer satisfaction
- Loss prevention: Actively fight return fraud, chargebacks, claims, negative feedback etc
- Deploying an automation software like channel advisor
- Improve & optimize business process regularly
REQUIREMENTS :
- 3-5 years experience in e-commerce
- Highly knowledgeable on USA marketplaces
- Excellent communication & writing skills
- Strong planning & execution skills
