Job summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our corporate self-defense programs to companies, aiming to empower employees with vital self-protection skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for safety and wellness.
Key Responsibilities will be :
- Identify and target potential corporate clients
- Build relationships with HR departments and decision-makers
- Pitch and present self-defense program benefits and packages
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
- Coordinate program logistics with clients and instructors
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Eligibility criteria :
- Sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with corporate clients and understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Basic knowledge of self-defense principles (training provided)
- Basic knowledge about corporate wellness programs or safety training
