Executive - Sales & Marketing - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Sales :
- Study each industry, identify the market potential, market leaders, market performers and how well a product category can perform in the market.
- Connect with the existing marketing agencies and gather necessary information on market performance.
- Connect with potential leads and understand their business, requirement and future plans.
- Present the services offered by the organization and establish a long-term relationship.
- Have a clear understanding on Product knowledge and communicate its applicability to clients.
Marketing :
- Tap the untapped market areas to increase organizational sales and market reach by visiting customer sites
- Prepare and deliver sales pitch, sales presentation to leads.
- Attend to potential clients as and when needed.
- Build and maintain healthy business relations with employee, clients/customers.
- Monitoring competitor activities
- Building strong relations with potential and existing customers
- Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Generate sales report on a regular basis.
Experience required : 2-5 years
Languages Known : English, Hindi, Tamil - For Chennai Location
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good communication, presentation, business-to-business marketing and negotiation skills.
- Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team-player ability.
- Having own Vehicle.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented and self-starter.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Perform market analysis and research
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
- Prepare promotional presentations.
