Executive - Sales & Marketing (0-2 yrs)
We are looking to hire an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Tele- Calling to target list of clients for introducing new products
- Build lasting relationship with each of our new and existing clientele
- Digital marketing - SEM, SEO, Website Updates, Social Media posts and e-commerce
- Generate and follow up on leads generated by online platforms (Justdial, Website, India Mart etc.)
- Send regular emailer / communication about new product offer to all existing and target clients
- Prepare and execute flyers / posters for special occasion and events
- Respond to client queries / complain in coordination with the product and quality team
- Maintain Sales / Target client list register and periodically update management on action taken
- Occasionally prepare sales invoice, accounting entries and all related documents
- Participate in preparing future sales strategy
- Execute other sales and marketing related activities time to time as may be required.
Skills and Qualifications :
- MBA/B.com/BBA/BSC or Diploma Graduate
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi language
- Hard working, honest and punctual
- Creative bent of mind
