We are immediately Hiring

Sales & Marketing Executive

Location : Sarjapur road- Bangalore.

Experience : 1 to 10 years

The candidates must have experience in Sales & Marketing

We are looking for sales executive who will be working on Sales and Marketing to support processes that scale and innovate and drive the organization together.

1. Prospect relentlessly to build the pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects.

2. Own the experience we give every prospective customer for the first time they interact with us.

3. Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group

4. Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status

5. Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

6. The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers, clear sales targets in the Residential, Commercial and Retail interior segment.

7. Proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.

8. Lastly, we are looking for effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners, and vendors, alike.

Required Candidate profile

- Pleasant and Dynamic Personality

- Good Spoken English

- Good Communication skills - English, Kannada and Hindi.

- A go-getter attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: - 25,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month + attractive incentives can be 1.5lac to 2lac based on their performance.

Experience:

- Sales in Marbles, granites and Quartz segment: 1 year(Required)
