Executive - Sales - Manufacturing (2-8 yrs)
- What products we are supplying to whom, with what frequency and with what margin.
- Build relationship with existing buyers.
- New source addition from existing buyers.
- Identify new business opportunities from market.
- Carry out due diligence for new opportunities.
- Exploit opportunities to define core business requirement & gather specification.
- New product development: - carryout feasibility study with development team.
- Take up negotiations with customers regarding : volume and frequency
- Audit: - execute & support, infrastructure team for facing compliance audit from customer.
- Interact with the customer sample testing, part of production approved product upto regular supply & payment recovery.
KRA :
- Establish ongoing demand with existing customer for existing products
- Opportunity generation from existing customer for new products
- New Customer-new products.
KPI :
- Percentage in turnover
- No. of PPAP's approval during the month.
- No.of sample approval during the month
- No. of quotations submitted during the month
- No.of RFQ's generated during the month
- No. of customer audits conducted during the month
- Percentage increase in current customers business.
