Executive - Sales - Manufacturing (2-4 yrs)
Plan, direct and implement Sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the company.
Reporting to: SALES OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure Optimum Utilization of resources in his/her area of responsibility particularly sales/promotional budget.
- Achieve secondary Sales Target in retail market in terms of Value and Volume.
- Ensure Daily outlets coverage (%) and Productive calls (%)
- Monitor stocks booked from retail market are delivered by Distributor.
- Displaying products in retail shelf at eye level, clean it and place on FIFO basis and postering.
- Build strong rapport with retailer and distributor to ensure higher sales and good visibility of the products.
- Prepare and submit Daily/weekly/Monthly sales reports to Sales Officer.
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
