Executive - Sales - Lubrication (0-3 yrs)
Sales and Business Development for Lubrication Oils used in Manufacturing Sector
Location- Ahmedabad
Minimum Qualifications :
- Experience in sales of lubricant components for Responsible for managing Lubes oil Sales on PAN India basis. Responsible for development and execution of oil Sales Strategy, especially in Indian market is preferrable
- Explore opportunities to use Lube oil & related application with responsibility to achieve monthly and yearly sales target. Work closely with marketing for brand awareness in the market for creating sales model and network.
- Develop sales support policies and guidelines. Visit all the region very frequently to improve sales while coordinate marketing events to create brand awareness. Monitoring customer focus initiative.
- Set Monthly / Bimonthly meetings with corporate customers at local level on oil sales support. Develop dealership, compile, analyze and develop reports.
- Responsible for planning strategies and directing the field support team to generate revenues and achieving higher business growth year on year through oil sales network.
- Prepare KRA for select customers and implement support plan & initiate action to develop dealership capability & network to ensure speedy implementation of all the sales initiative.
- Experience in sales function of large lubricant sales projects will be added advantage.
- Ability to perform market trend analysis, external benchmarking, spend analysis, supplier rationalization and development, supplier risk, performance, compliance monitoring, and ongoing supplier management and governance
- Experience leading large teams and driving year over year cost savings across multiple indirect spend categories is preferable
- Extensive experience running sales practice is preferable
- Experience in Leading sales and Allied functions of Indian Lubricant organization in Oil & Gas / Aviation / Infra / Energy Sector preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in closing of dealership & Commercial Areas is preferable
- Experience in Indian Lubricant Market is preferable
- Experience establishing sales strategies and executing to plan is preferable
- Experience of working with global teams is preferable
- Strong communication skills (must)
