Executive - Sales - Lubricant (1-5 yrs)
The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing client Coordination.
- Demonstrating and Presenting products.
- Establishing new business.
- Maintaining Accurate records.
- Attending Trade Exhibitions.
- Reviewing Sales performance.
- Negotiating Contracts ,Packages and Schemes.
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
- Researching and analyzing sales options.
- Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information as & when required.
- Meeting Sales Goals.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Working towards monthly or Annual targets.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales (B2C) or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Chemicals industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers and Distributors.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
- You have 1-5 years of Sales experience from Automotive lubricant industry.
