Executive - Sales - Logistics Vertical - IT (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for operations cum sales manager for our logistics product. The goal is to manage the entire cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Requirements :
- Proven working experience in operations and sales
- Record of successful management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
