Executive - Sales - Loan (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Personal Loan Advisor to join our team.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients, including analyzing their financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Present and explain our personal loan products, their features, and benefits to potential clients.
- Customize loan solutions to meet individual customer requirements.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and provide guidance throughout the application process.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation for loan approval.
- Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly to provide updates on their applications and address any questions or concerns.
- Ensure all transactions and customer interactions adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
Candidate requirements :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of personal loan products and lending processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong documentation skills.
-Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
