Job Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in understanding loan products and eligibility criteria
- Generate leads through cold calling and field visits
- Guide applicants through the loan application and documentation process
- Verify documents and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Meet daily and monthly targets for loan approvals
Requirements:
- 12th Pass (Minimum Qualification)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of loans & financial products (Training will be provided)
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus
