A Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager and Sales Associates. The job involves setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads, converting them into paid users or customers.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.

6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

7. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

8. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Requirements and Skills :

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role or Fresher.

2. Proficiency in English, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada (Depending on location).

3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

5. Fast learner with a passion for sales.

6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

8. High school degree.
