Executive - Sales - Loan (0-1 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Home Loan Sales Executive to join our team. As a Home Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals for home loans.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads for home loan sales through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable loan options.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, and other financial information to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Conduct property site visits with potential clients and explain the loan process and eligibility criteria.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of documents, loan disbursement, and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Requirements :
- A graduate degree is required.
- Minimum 06 months to 1 year of experience in home loan sales is required.
- Good communication skills in English and the local regional language are mandatory.
- Must have a own conveyance for field visits.
- Strong sales skills and ability to close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of home loan products, industry trends, and market conditions.
