Executive - Sales - LIquor (0-5 yrs)
Industry Preference: Liquor/Alcohol
Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our diverse portfolio of liquor brands.
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors in the assigned territory.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our products, ensuring brand visibility and awareness through effective marketing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast future sales trends, and provide insights to the management team.
- Work closely with the Sales head to ensure correct stock levels are available from central distribution area, to assist the operational beverage team.
Qualifications/Knowledge, Necessary Skill, Experience, and abilities requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Sales/marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in the liquor industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of liquor products, industry trends, and local regulations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market information to make informed decisions.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of business acumen and financial management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
