Job Description :
- Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
- Make outbound calls to clients whenever needed
- Respond efficiently and accurately to clients, explain possible solutions, and ensure clients feel supported and valued
- Explain the features, pricing of programs and services provided
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information
- Make recommendations for programs or services that may better suit client needs
- Maintain a record of all calls made and route queries to the appropriate department
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
Skill/ Experience Requirements :
- Good communication skills
- Good writing skills in English
Other Skills & Abilities :
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
- Comfortable with WFH
