Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives in achieving sales targets and performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Life Insurance, Telecom, Pharma, or Real Estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
