About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance policies through corporate channels, converting referrals into business opportunities, and providing exceptional end-to-end customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Lead Conversion

- Source life insurance policies on a corporate basis.

- Convert leads received from referrals into positive business opportunities.

- Conduct marketing activities at worksites to generate and convert leads.

- Customer Support and Servicing

- Provide comprehensive pre- and post-issuance support to customers.

- Address customer queries and ensure seamless policy servicing.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational & Professional Requirements:

- A graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in life insurance sales is required.

- Knowledge of the life insurance industry and its products is essential.

Desired Profile:

- Candidates must own their transport and be willing to travel within the city.

- Proficiency in both English and the local language is mandatory.

- A keen learner with a positive attitude towards professional growth.

- Prior experience in general insurance is a plus.
