Executive - Sales - Jewellery (1-4 yrs)
Leads and Enquiries :
- Identify and generate leads either through self or networking
- Cold calling and meetings with potential customers
- Responding to incoming enquiries
- Close follow up with prospective customers, inquiries and close sales
Customer Related :
- Understanding customers requirement and presenting the project appropriately.
- Sharing and explaining the correct and complete information about the Project
- Accompanying the customer for the site visit
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and potential customers (Pre-Sales, During Sales, Post Sales and Post Possession)
- Follow up on modifications, if any with the construction department for the customer
- Collect and assimilate the customer information and maintain the customer database
