Executive - Sales - Jewellery (0-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
- Provide information about product features, materials, and care instructions.
- Perform sales transactions, including receiving payments and issuing receipts.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest jewellery trends, materials, and pricing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the jewellery industry.
- Excellent knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
