Executive - Sales - Jewellery (0-3 yrs)
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Identify and research potential customers or clients.
- Generate new leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor sales pitches and offers accordingly.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations :
- Present products or services to prospective customers, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate how a product works and how it can meet the customer's needs.
Negotiation and Closing Deals :
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and payment agreements within company guidelines.
- Close sales and secure contracts or purchase orders from customers.
Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Plan and organize sales activities, including setting sales objectives, forecasting, and developing action plans.
Product Knowledge and Training :
- Stay informed about the products or services offered by the company.
- Train and educate customers about product features, benefits, and applications.
Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed business decisions and recommendations.
Customer Support and After-Sales Service :
- Provide post-sales support and assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Record-Keeping and Reporting :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management.
