1. Sales Lead Generation: Actively pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

5. Customer Segmentation: Segment customers based on various criteria such as demographics, buying behavior, and preferences to tailor sales and marketing strategies accordingly.

6. Grievance Management and Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, working towards satisfactory resolution and maintaining positive relationships.

7. Coordinate with Dispatch and Billing Department: Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch of orders and accurate billing processes.

8. Market Trends Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

9. Old Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers, including loyalty programs, special offers, and personalized services.

10. Regular Customer Audit: Conduct periodic audits of customer accounts to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues proactively.

11. Tracking and Dispatch of Orders: Monitor the progress of orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

12. Trip Planning and Reporting: Plan sales trips efficiently, maximizing coverage and productivity, and report activities to the reporting officer or CRM system as required.

13. Monthly Visits: Maintain a regular schedule of visits to existing and potential customers to nurture relationships, gather feedback, and drive sales.
