Sales Executive (Male /Female)

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter.

- Count the stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated.

- Maintain safety of jewelry displayed to customers.

- Receive the customer and engage with the customer to understand the customer's requirement.

- To achieve individual sales targets by engaging with the customers, explaining the offerings of the store, assisting them in choosing the jewelry and completing the sales transactions.

- Provide support to the marketing team for potential customer visits and exhibitions.

- Identify potential customers and refer them to the store.

- Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

- Reach out to customer leads through followups.

- Continuously improve through feedback

- Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Skills Required :

- Ability to sell

- Self motivated and driven by targets.

- Excellent communication skills

- Customer service skills

- The candidate should be graduated in any subject and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and preferably in retail sales of GOLD/DIAMOND.

- He/she must have knowledge of principles and processes of our industry for providing customer and personal services, this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
