We are hiring for a Professional IT training company. They provide Instructor-Led Training which is fully interactive and like a classroom session. Their online courses which allows candidate to study anytime anywhere. Now a day's Online learning is a key pillar for the career development.
They are providing training for the Linux, DevOps and Cloud related courses. We also deals in RHCSA, RHCE, Openshift, Kubernetes, Dockers, Ansible, Aws, Azure and many more.
The Job Key responsibilities areas :
- Receiving calls and giving them complete and accurate information regarding the technical course of the institute.
- Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective candidate through phone calls, emails provided by us.
- Support and satisfy the candidates throughout the admission process by answering to their queries or doubts.
- Solving queries of the candidates regarding course, fees, batch schedule and center facilities.
- Sending thanks mails and our course content to the enquiry made & follow-ups to the inquire over phone.
- To arrange demo sessions for candidates before fee payment for their satisfaction by coordinating with trainer.
- To get feedback from the candidates post demo session and further convince them for admission.
Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- Education - Graduate
- Two to Three years- Experience in Admission Counselling
- Basic knowledge of Computer MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Have excellent communication skills written and oral (English)
- Be able to work independently and coordinate effectively with candidates
- Be patient, dynamic, pleasing and impressive personality
- Have an Innovative approach
- Be willing to take up challenges
- Be a good team player
