Executive - Sales - IT Services (8-18 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth in our IT Services and SaaS products segment. This role requires a experienced candidate in the software or technology services industry, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to acquire new customers in the domestic and International markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive the growth of Client's software products and IT services.
- Identify new market opportunities, conduct in-depth market research, and analyze industry trends to devise targeted sales strategies.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape to identify potential areas of differentiation.
- Research, prospect, and build strong relationships with potential clients in the International market.
- Lead the sales process by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business.
- Generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Set up product demos, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements in SaaS and IT service domains.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations to expand reach and drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on client's products and services.
- Gather feedback, address client concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling or additional business.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in the software or technology services industry, particularly in mid-to-large IT offshore and outsourcing companies.
- Strong knowledge of the International market and hands-on experience in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, setting up demos, and closing deals in SaaS and IT services.
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
