Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our IT services, including Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and a proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Activities:
- Conduct 3-5 client meetings/visits to engage with prospective customers.
- Generate 5-10 new leads to build a steady sales pipeline.
- Perform follow-ups with at least 5 prospects to nurture leads.
- Prepare and submit a detailed activity report to the Admin Team.
Weekly Activities:
- Achieve 2-3 new sales/conversions to meet targets.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of 15-18 qualified leads.
- Engage or retain at least 5 existing or previously contacted prospects.
- Submit a sales incentive report detailing progress towards goals to the Admin Team.
Monthly Activities:
- Close 8-12 new sales/conversions to meet monthly targets.
- Generate a total of 60-80 new leads to ensure business growth.
- Conduct 50-60 client meetings/presentations to showcase services.
- Prepare a monthly incentive report and update the Admin Team on performance and targets.
- Submit a comprehensive report summarizing activities, conversions, challenges, and learnings.
Key Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in IT services or related fields.
- Strong understanding of website development, SEO, and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools / Google Sheets and sales tracking systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
