Executive - Sales - IT Services (1-3 yrs)

- Generate leads (new customers), create a sales funnel, and close the right customers

- Meet and exceed yearly revenue targets for the IT services business

- Stay updated with trends in the technology industry and emerging technologies

- Conduct organized and well-planned sales calls, including both scheduled and cold calls

- Utilize social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to generate more leads

- Act as a customer champion by understanding and speaking from the customer's perspective

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong functional knowledge of existing and modern technologies (e.g., iOS and Android Apps, Frontend, Backend technologies like Angular, React, Kubernetes, Cloud, etc.), and eMobility

- A technology enthusiast who enjoys learning and applying new technologies

- Ability to understand customer requirements and position GenZS Recruitment Solutions to deliver the expected solutions

- Proven ability to find new leads, nurture them, create a funnel, and close deals

- Expertise in using social media for marketing and generating sales leads

- Strong negotiation and closing skills in the IT services business

- Ability to create commercial proposals and respond to RFPs from prospective customers

- Excellent communication skills (both listening and speaking) and presentation skills

- Established customer connections in India, US, Europe, and other global markets within the IT services industry

Qualifications:

- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Any Branch)/MCA and MBA (preferred)

- Nice to have

- Good verbal and written skills.

- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

- Domain Knowledge.
