The Job
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The ability and desire to sell
- Familiarize you with all products and services offered by our company.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review.
- Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
- Ability to manage the team and get the expected results by guiding and motivating them
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients
- A positive, confident, and determined approach.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- The skills to work both independently and with a team
Ideal Candidate :
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Good email writing skills
Convincing and influencing ability
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Telesales role, ideally within the Education, IT Services and Hospitality industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of communication, Spoken english and Lead generatiion
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
