Executive - Sales - IT Hardware (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Visit customers on a regular basis to build relationships and understand their needs.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales leads, customer interactions, and account status updates.
- Educate customers on how our products/services can enhance their IT infrastructure.
- Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive sales and - market penetration.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and Hindi.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in IT hardware or networking industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook for tracking sales activities and communications.
- Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for customer visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in IT hardware or networking sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales data and interpret market trends.
