Executive - Sales - IT (4-6 yrs)
Business development :
- Responsible for sales/revenue generation in assigned territory
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully
Planning & Sales Tracking :
- Ensuring strict implementation of the company sales process.
- Review the sales pipeline and plan for corrective action.
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
- Review all business attributes and their respective impact on the business and take appropriate corrective actions timely in coordination with RSM, as and when required.
- Support RSM and Management for Annual, Quarterly, and monthly business planning for the Company to be done, in consultation with the Business Head and the Management.
- Planning and re-setting targets when required sales team members reporting.
- Lead and initiate market development activities in the area assigned.
Customer Relation :
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships in his area of responsibility
- Promptly initiate all possible actions to close customer/ prospect complaints, if any, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the entire sales cycle.
Collection Management :
- Track amounts receivable from customers and drives the Consultants to collect pending outstanding's.
- Update Management of possible risks and challenges in outstanding amounts.
Reporting
- Timely and accurate reporting
