Job Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers and build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Close deals to meet planned targets
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to build and execute a Sales Plan that meets the business targets
- Maintain relationships with clients and convert them into referrals of our product
- Provide inputs to the Marketing and Product teams that will help position our product better with respect to our competitors
- Report on progress made on a daily basis, suggesting changes to the Sales Plan as required
- Follow-up with signed customers to ensure that they get the service that they were promised
- Contribute to overall team efforts to ensure success of the product
Candidate Profile:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Bachelor degree in Science / Engineering and Post-Graduation in Management (Sales/Marketing)
- Good Communication skills - both written and oral
- Passionate about Sales
