Location : NCR

Required Skill set :

- Understanding and knowledge of the software industry.

- Familiarity with various data mining tools and techniques.

- Knowledge in a pre-sales or sales support role is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Data Mining and Lead Generation :

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients from various sources such as databases, social media platforms, industry reports, and online directories.

- Collect and organize contact information and other relevant details of potential clients.

- Initiate contact with potential clients through email, LinkedIn messages, and other appropriate channels.

- Create and manage a pipeline of leads to ensure a steady flow of potential clients.


2. Client Engagement and Pre-Sales Coordination :

- Establish initial communication with potential clients to introduce our company and services.

- Schedule and conduct video calls to provide company induction, presentations, and initial discussions of client requirements.

- Gather detailed information about potential client needs and project requirements during initial discussions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead status.

3. Collaboration :

- Pass qualified leads and detailed client information to their Business Strategy and Partnerships for further engagement and follow-up.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client engagement.

4. Reporting :

- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, client interactions, and conversion rates to Management.

- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different lead generation and client engagement strategies.
