Executive - Sales - IT (2-5 yrs)
- Client Acquisition and Business Development : Proactively identify and target potential clients within the healthcare, IT, product, consulting, and technology sectors. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
- Sales Cycle Management : Understand the sales cycle and effectively manage it from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, and track progress using CRM tools.
- Client Account Growth : Work closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and delivering additional value through our products and services.
- Appointment Booking : Have a strong zeal for Outbound calling - Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients, providing them with insights into our solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of BPK Tech.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis : Generate regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Sales Presentation and Demos : One of the key responsibilities is to excel in delivering effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. This involves engaging with potential clients and showcasing our solutions compellingly and persuasively.
- Track and interpret sales metrics to evaluate performance and drive ongoing enhancements. Develop an in-depth familiarity with our products/services to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong communicator, who can take the insights and implications found in the data and relate them through cohesive narratives.
- Help ensure objectives are being met on time while maintaining the quality and integrity of the work.
- Record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally.
- Working within CRM and log activities and can collaborate and ideate with stakeholders, inside and outside of the immediate team and group.
Qualifications :
- MBA or equivalent Master's degree in business, Marketing/Sales/Operations, or a related field. This is a must.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales and business development, preferably within the Health-tech, healthcare, IT, software product, consulting, or technology sectors, software selling experience is a huge plus.
- Well-versed with B2B environment, cold calling, and outbound approach for setting up client meetings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
