Executive - Sales - IT (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To identify, source and secure both long term and short term B2B business opportunities.
- To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer base in accordance with the sales strategy defined in GO TO Market plan.
- To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectation is met.
- To manage day-to-day sales activities; including proposal, updating clients on their ongoing orders, prospecting and market development.
- To support the operation team, technical team and online marketing team by providing customer feedback.
- To develop good client relationship.
- To assist with debt collection.
Candidate Profile:
- B2B IT sales experience with IT department across industries.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
- Good Interpersonal and Networking Skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, convince & negotiate with the clients.
- Timely follow-up on all the service and software lead opportunities
- Ability to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets.
- Proficiency in Computer skills including MS office, Emailing etc
