The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone by developing relationships with new and existing customers, and recommending solutions for service improvements
- Asking the right questions to engage with customers and keep the conversation going
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
- Answering customers' questions on the products
- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quotas
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM with minimum 2 years of experience in the area of sales (contact center is an advantage)
- Experienced in marketing, sales & customer service are desirable
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Creative thinking, persuasive, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
