Job Summary :

- A proactive and results-driven Sales Lead Generator to join our team focused on Real-time Container tracking, Gate automation solutions, Vehicle tracking and Access control solutions.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with key decision-makers, and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation : Utilize various channels such as online research, lead generation agencies, social media, networking, and cold outreach to identify potential leads within the ports, logistics, transportation and supply chain industry.

2. Qualification : Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, pain points, and buying behavior of prospective customers. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market.

3. Outreach : Initiate contact with key decision-makers, including port managers, logistics managers, supply chain executives, and procurement professionals, through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Tailor messaging to resonate with each prospect's specific needs and challenges.

4. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads through regular follow-up, physical meeting and engagement. Provide relevant information, resources, and insights to educate prospects about the benefits of our real-time container tracking, vehicle tracking and access control solutions.

5. Site Survey : Conduct on-site surveys and assessments at prospective customer locations to understand their infrastructure, operational workflows, and specific requirements related to container tracking, vehicle tracking and access control solutions. Gather relevant data and insights to tailor proposals and solutions accordingly.

6. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

7. Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, status updates, and follow-up activities. Keep track of leads through the sales pipeline and collaborate with sales lead to transition qualified leads for further engagement.

8. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to container tracking, vehicle tracking and logistics management. Use insights to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
