Executive - Sales - IT (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their IT needs and inquiries.
- Provide product information, pricing, and technical details to potential clients.
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
- Prepare and send sales quotations and proposals to clients.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and proposals to ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and contracts.
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Help organize and maintain sales and marketing materials.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Provide technical information and recommendations to customers based on their requirements.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the IT sales team, including sales managers and representatives, to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Reporting:
- Generate sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and customer feedback analysis.
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and resolving customer concerns.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as per company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of IT products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
